When it was finally my time to be served the cashier said he couldn't cash it because it had expired, and told me to go to any machine, press the red service button, and one of the floor people would honor it. I went to the Cashier and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I tried to use the CASHOUT VOUCHER in a machine it was rejected. Unfortunately Covid19 hit and I didn't get back to Vegas until today. Instead of waiting in line to cash it out I decided to put it in my wallet and use it on my next visit. Before I left I had a CASHOUT VOUCHER from one of the machines for just over $14. I visited the Palace Station Casino in August of 2020.
